Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. For UK orders we use Tracked 48, for international orders we use International Tracked when available.

Shipments outside of the UK may be subject to customs and import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Items must be in “as new” condition. The original postage cost will be subtracted from the refund amount. It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping.

Warranty

All pedals come with a one-year return to base limited warranty. This warranty does not include covering the following:

• electrical, mechanical or cosmetic damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse

• use of incorrect power supply

• damage resulting from the malfunction any product used in conjunction the pedal

• lack of reasonable care, loss, or theft

• Tampering by unauthorised persons

• inappropriate storage

Do not hesitate to contact us should an issue arise outside of the warranty, it is likely that it can be repaired at cost.
