Buzzing Bugs Audio Devices crafts raw, no-nonsense guitar pedals inspired by Cornwall’s wild landscapes and legends.

Born much like the old Cornish tales begin - quietly, in a humble shed tucked away in a back garden, where strange and wonderful things tend to take shape. Since 2019, we’ve been crafting one-off and small-run guitar pedals for musicians and record labels, each piece carrying a touch of character, unpredictability, and mischief. 

In 2023, we unveiled our first full production model, the BB01 Fuzz Pre-Amp, a flagship release that quickly earned acclaim, including a “RECOMMENDED” badge from guitar.com and a 9/10 review. 

Founded by Daniel Goldberg, Buzzing Bugs is shaped by over a decade of experience designing large venue sound systems, and twenty years spent playing in touring bands. This dual perspective informs every design: pedals that are simple, intuitive, and built for real-world use.

Like the old stories told along the cliffs and moors, there’s a sense of scale and weight behind everything we make. But we don’t believe in obscurity for its own sake. Just clear, responsive controls that let you shape your sound instinctively, whether you’re on stage, in a rehearsal room, or chasing something noisier at home.
